Metric7-AI operates Encore Social, a social media management tool for cover and tribute bands. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can request deletion of your data.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, band or business name, and support messages. If you connect an Instagram account, we may collect account identifiers, username, profile information, media metadata, post captions, scheduled post details, and authentication tokens needed to provide the service.
Depending on the permissions you approve, Encore Social may access Instagram permissions for basic account information, content publishing, and other Instagram features enabled in the app configuration during testing or operation.
How we use information
We use information to connect Instagram accounts, create drafts and schedules, publish content you authorize, maintain account security, provide customer support, troubleshoot the service, and comply with platform policies and legal obligations.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate hosting, analytics, security, communications, and application infrastructure. We may also share information when required by law or when needed to protect users, the service, or the public.
Instagram and third-party platforms
Encore Social uses Instagram and Meta platform services. Your use of Instagram remains subject to Instagram and Meta terms, policies, and privacy notices. Removing Encore Social from your Instagram or Meta account will stop future access, but it may not automatically delete information already stored by Encore Social.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Access tokens and account connection data are removed when no longer needed or when deletion is requested and verified.
Your choices
You may disconnect Encore Social from your Instagram or Meta account through your account settings. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information by contacting us.
