How to request deletion
You may request deletion of data associated with Encore Social by emailing modsynth777@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include the Instagram username or account identifier connected to Encore Social and the email address you used with us, if applicable. We may ask for additional information to verify that you are authorized to request deletion for the account.
What we delete
After a verified deletion request, we will delete or de-identify information reasonably associated with your Encore Social account, including stored access tokens, connected account identifiers, scheduled post data, draft content, support records where deletion is legally permitted, and related application records.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. We may also retain anonymized or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.
Disconnecting Instagram access
You can also remove Encore Social access from your Instagram or Meta account settings. This stops future access by Encore Social but does not by itself delete information that was previously stored by us.
Timing
We aim to respond to verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a different period is required by applicable law.
